This policy describes browser data handling and the current hosting of dwgfastviewer.com.
Drawings stay on this device
Files selected with Open Drawing are read and parsed in your browser using local JavaScript and WebAssembly. The application has no drawing-upload or cloud-storage endpoint. It does not send your drawing contents, annotation media or measurements to an AI service or analytics provider. Choosing a sample requests that public sample from the same site.
Local storage
Restore current drawing stores one original source file, its name and last-modified time in IndexedDB. When enabled, refresh may reopen it. This stores the original file; unsaved geometric edits are not a replacement source file.
Review annotations, embedded images, microphone recordings and measurements are stored in separate IndexedDB databases, associated with a source-content hash and layout. Native dimension definitions, dimension visibility, dimension styles and bookmarks may be stored in localStorage under the source hash. Recent file names and interface preferences also use localStorage. These records remain until cleared or your browser evicts them. Avoid persistent storage on a shared device.
Microphone and fonts
Audio recording starts only after you choose Record and allow microphone access. Recorded media stays in local review data unless you export it. Uploaded replacement fonts are used in the local CAD session; use only fonts you have permission to use. Website fonts and parser assets are hosted by this site.
Delete local records
In Settings, turn off Restore current drawing to remove the cached original source. Closing a drawing also removes that cached original file; saved reviews, measurements and native dimension data remain. Use Clear local data to clear this viewer's saved source, reviews, measurements, native dimension data, recent names and preferences. Empty database containers may remain. Export anything you need first. Clearing the browser's site data is another option.
Hosting, network requests and existing analytics
The application requests its code, workers, WebAssembly, fonts and optional public samples from this site. dwgfastviewer.com is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes ordinary connection and request information to deliver and secure the website; this may include IP addresses, routing and browser information.
The current deployment already enables Cloudflare Web Analytics. Its hosted beacon measures page visits and performance, with information such as page URLs, referring sites, browser or device information and timing. This is existing hosting behavior, not a new analytics service added by this release. The viewer has no drawing-upload endpoint, and its selected drawings and review records remain in local browser storage.
The viewer contains no AdSense advertising code and sets no application cookies. Hosting and security services have their own data-handling policies. See Cloudflare Web Analytics and Cloudflare Privacy Policy for provider information. Legal links open external sites only when you choose them.
Operator details and legal review
The operating entity, jurisdiction, public privacy contact and deployment-specific retention choices have not been provided. These details, applicable legal bases, consent requirements and rights procedures still require human legal review. Cloudflare's provider policy does not replace the website operator's responsibilities. Any future advertising or changed analytics must be disclosed before activation.
